Blyth Power

Contains 1 performance.

Legendary punk band revolving around ex-Mob/Zounds drummer Joseph Porter. Attila played fiddle on their Guns of Castle Cary album (1991) and the two acts frequently gigged together during this period. The rest of the line-up, at this point, was Martin 'Protag' Neish (bs), Julie Dalkin (vcls) and future Kills/Kate Moss heartthrob Jamie Hince on guitar. Still very much a going concern today.

Attila the Stockbroker, Little Dave, Blyth Power

    4 May 1990 at
    Covent Garden Community Centre (182)
Very much an Attila-programmed night: him, one of his old Harlow mates, and his then-favourite band. Uber Blyth-fan Chris Braund was horrified, on arrival, to find that it was a seated venue and removed the front two rows of chairs to create a moshpit. Thanks for digging out the flyer, Chris.
