Christopher Syrus is an author, spoken word artist, motivational speaker and the Director of Syrus Consultancy C.I.C, an initiative created to influence young people through personal development, mentoring and creative arts workshops. His book ‘LoveLife6958 Memoirs from the pen…’ is a collection of poems that were written while he was serving his prison sentence.

Christopher has been honoured with numerous awards including ‘Learning Skills Council’ achieving against the odds award for educational achievement whilst in prison. ‘Koestler Trust’ (charity recognizing art from offenders/ex-offenders) Platinum Award, for short film on poems. Peace Award in 2012, Croydon next top role model award and more recently in 2016 the ‘Back 2 Black’ Award for work in the community.  Taken from www.colourfulradio.com
