Fun-Da-Mental

Contains 8 performances.

Radical band fusing Eastern and Western styles, and thereby dubbed 'the Asian Public Enemy'. Formed in 1991 by ex-Southern Death Cult drummer Aki Nawaz. Cemented punk/hip-hop credibility through shared bills with acts such as Blaggers ITA and Credit to the Nation. Splinter group Detrimental broke away in 1993, although Nawaz continues to helm evolving Fun-Da-Mental line-ups.
