Naz to his friends. Indian writer and filmmaker, resident in London. Co-founder of once-popular listings mag City Limits, and of film production companies Penumbra and Azad. The latter focused on programmes about people from Indian subcontinent, although his other work was more global in scope.  Sitcom Tandoori Nights represents his lighter side.

    The first outing for a long-running annual partnership event with Alternative Arts. We love the Bottom-themed artwork. PR Murry compere alongside Mark Miwurdz, although Emile Sercombe was supposed to be the second compere.
