Multi-instrumentalist, most usually associated with the violin. Was a member of Joe Strummer's pre- and post-Clash bands, The 101ers and The Mescaleros respectively, and played on The Clash's Sandinista! and Combat Rock albums. Sometimes played A&S as one half of The Frugivores alongside his then wife Helen Cherry.
