High Risk Tour - (Perf 1)

In association with Serpent’s Tail (pub) and It’s Queer Up North.

This was a tour promotion for her prose and poetry collection titled ‘American Dreams’.

There were nine performances some supported by Patience Agbabi and others or solo performances.

Sapphire went on to write the highly acclaimed novel 'Push' that was subsequently made into the film 'Precious' produced by Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry. She was first invited to perform With Apples and Snakes in 1990.
